X-Tech's software development department specialises in producing systems that utilise warehousing and Track & Trace technologies. These include the intergration of hand-held computers, weighscales and barcode readers.

In 1991 X-Tech developed its first system utilising Barcode Technologies and Hand Held Computers for Nuclear Electric PLC. "ToolTracker" was developed on a Unix Platform and is still operational today.

The success of this early project has spawned many other systems for both public and private sector customers. We are specialist in our field and our systems take advantage of the latest technologies.
